Sarah is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of ShapeUp Weight & Wellness. She has been working in healthcare since 2019, beginning her career as a registered nurse before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2023. With a background in family practice, Sarah has managed a wide range of chronic and acute conditions, including diabetes, prediabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, and other common metabolic and endocrine disorders.

Over the last two years, she has been prescribing GLP-1 medications for weight loss and has seen firsthand the powerful, lasting results they can offer when paired with lifestyle support. Sarah is especially passionate about whole-body wellness and takes a personalized, compassionate approach with every patient she works with.

Austin Freeman is the founder of Legacy Fitness, where transformation is built on both modern science and sustainable lifestyle systems. With more than a decade of experience, Austin has helped clients—including those using GLP-1 medications—achieve massive success by pairing the power of the medication with long-term lifestyle transformation.

Austin knows that GLP-1s can kick-start weight loss, but without lifestyle change, the results won’t last. Legacy Fitness bridges that gap. Clients follow science-based, personalized programs that fit into busy lives—building strength, energy, and confidence while ensuring the changes stick.
